About M&J Fibretech
At the time of disposal, M&J Fibretech was a global market leader in the development and installation of machines and plants for the production of high-absorbency hygiene papers using the so-called air-laid process.
The strategy
The management team was supported in the internationalisation of the company. In this context, its own engineering offices were set up in Germany and Canada. Due to its international presence and technological competence for air-laid plants, M&J Fibretech was a useful addition to the portfolio of Saurer Textile Group to which it was sold in 2004.
